Martha Sheils

For over 22 years, the New England Environmental Finance Center has provided free training and technical assistance to build community capacity to sustainably fund and finance environmental priorities and advance climate resilience. Program areas include drinking water and clean water infrastructure, green infrastructure, nature-based solutions, and sustainable stormwater financing. Martha Sheils (she/her) has over 24 years of experience in the resource economics field, including international work in Russia and Kazakhstan. She has a BA from Rutgers University in economics and a Master of Environmental Management from Duke University’s Nicholas School of the Environment.
