Alvaro has worked for 25 years in sectors related to circular economy, energy efficiency, renewable energies, sustainable construction, and sustainable mobility. Throughout this time, he has also had the opportunity to obtain a PhD in economics with a specialization in circular economy. Since 2007 Alvaro has been part of Climate Reality. Since 2012, he has coordinated the Spanish team, initially as an independent branch and now integrated within the Europe branch since 2019. He has given more than 300 talks to more than 80,000 people throughout this time.
