Support our work through your donor-advised fund

Donor-advised funds (DAFs) have become an increasingly popular way to support your charitable giving, providing you immediate tax benefits while allowing flexibility to determine the amount and frequency that money is distributed to organizations like Climate Reality.

DAFs can be set up in several ways, including by financial institutions and community foundations. Once your DAF is established, it can be easy to direct funding to causes you care about, like advocating for just solutions to the climate crisis. You can even use your DAF to make recurring gifts!

We want to make supporting Climate Reality with your DAF easy for you! Below are steps to take to make a gift:

1. Recommend a grant through the DAF Direct portal

2. DONATE VIA YOUR DAF’S PORTAL OR BY CALLING YOUR ADVISOR

To designate Climate Reality as the recipient, your DAF provider will ask for the following information:

You can also create a lasting impact by naming Climate Reality as the partial or full beneficiary of your DAF. Contact your fund administrator for information on the beneficiary form.
