Amanda Clark
Americas Regional Organizer
Amanda Clark (she/her) is the new Americas regional organizer. She is passionate about all things climate justice and has focused her research and academic work on land defense movements, international climate apartheid, and Indigenous rights. Amanda graduated with her bachelor's degree from Muhlenberg College, where she majored in sustainability studies and theater. She is currently pursuing a dual master’s in international affairs and natural resources and sustainable development from American University in Washington, DC and the UN Universidad para la Paz (University for Peace) in El Rodeo, Costa Rica. Before joining The Climate Reality Project, Amanda worked at organizations such as USAID, the Wilson Center for International Scholars, and GRID Magazine. In her free time, Amanda enjoys hiking, salsa dancing, practicing yoga, and keeping her Spanish fresh with books and podcasts.
