Diane Stefani (she/her) is a Climate Reality Leader and co-chair of the Finger Lakes Greater Region, New York chapter. She is an experienced large-scale change leader. Guiding 25,000 people through organizational culture change was the epitome of this work. Retiring in 2019, Diane’s greatest fear was loss of purpose and incredible colleagues. She found both at Climate Reality. Diane also serves on the executive committee of Tier Energy Network, a regional coalition of industry, community, and higher education representatives supporting the development of energy strategy for the state. She taps into her professional background by focusing on workforce development strategy and implementation for clean energy jobs. She is a Cornell Cooperative Extension Energy Navigator, and a former chair and on-going member of the Broome County Environmental Management Council. Diane and her husband, Gary, love roaming the public lands of upstate New York and spending time with their adult children, families, friends, and all the associated dogs and cats.
