Emily Fine
Strategic Advancement Communications Senior Manager
(she/her/hers) Emily Fine is the strategic advancement communications senior manager at The Climate Reality Project, where she serves as chief storyteller for donor communications, overseeing the writing and editing processes for the fundraising team. A strategic thinker and forever nerd, Emily is passionate about helping organizations articulate their mission and show the urgency and impact of their work. Prior to coming to Climate Reality, she worked as director of membership and strategic partnerships at the Presidents’ Alliance on Higher Education and Immigration. While there, she focused on instituting a fundraising infrastructure to help the organization triple in size. She started her career as an English professor, and after teaching Shakespeare to college students, she now believes she can explain anything to anyone. Emily earned her Ph.D. in English literature and MA in English and Women’s and Gender Studies from Brandeis University, and her bachelor’s degree in English from William Jewell College. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, gardening, running, and thrifting for the perfect vintage find.
