France Pomminville (she/her) is an experienced leader in the non-profit sector, having recently served as the Executive Director at the Maison de la Famille de Vaudreuil-Soulanges, a social services organization supporting families in Quebec. During her tenure of nearly eight years, she built a strong team and worked collaboratively with the staff and the Board of Directors to increase revenue, expand services and enhance the organization’s capacity. France is a dedicated team player, passionate about supporting the growth and professional development of her team. She has strong political and strategic skills, along with extensive experience in operational, financial and project management. France is also well-versed in working with volunteer networks. She holds an MBA and a Bachelor's degree in Communications (Cultural Animation and Research & Community Development) from the Université du Québec, and is fully bilingual in French and English. She is deeply committed to advancing Climate Reality Canada’s mission by promoting equitable and effective solutions to the climate crisis. As a mother of two, France strongly believes in working where she can make a meaningful difference in the world. After dedicating the last seven years to supporting families and children in her community, she has chosen climate action as her next mission with Climate Reality Canada.
