(She/Her/Hers) As the trainings & events vice president, Hilary Ashford-Ng drives global programmatic vision and strategy for key organizational initiatives like the Climate Reality Leadership Corps Trainings and 24 Hours of Reality. With years of experience developing content for leadership programs and convenings, Hilary designs inspirational experiences and learning narratives that have logic, motivation, and impact. She also has a strong foundation in project management. Hilary has developed and managed large budgets, is an expert in all stages of in-person and virtual event logistics, and understands how critical partnerships are in order to create change. Hilary has a passion for continual programmatic growth – striving for diversity and inclusivity, and encouraging creativity. She is also passionate about producing sustainable projects, and is proud that all events in the last several years have met the ISO 20121 international event standards. Hilary also serves on the Advisory Council for the Women in Green Forum.
