(She/Her/Hers) Jennifer Fei is the senior associate for the Global Shapers Program, supporting young people as they take local climate action that builds to global impact. Her previous work experience at grassroots organizations and American University’s (AU) community-based research scholars program helped solidify her passions for community-building and environmental and climate justice. She earned a bachelor’s degree from AU in international studies with focuses in environmental sustainability and East Asia. Traveling between the US and China to visit family, she has always loved being in nature and grew up keenly aware of the global consequences and inequities of the climate crisis. In her free time, Jennifer enjoys biking, hiking, camping, and testing out recipes from cooking and baking shows.
