(She/Her/Hers) Kelly MacRitchie is a trainings senior associate at The Climate Reality Project. She grew up in Northern Virginia, Connecticut, and Monterey and San Diego, California as part of a Navy family. As a child, she first discovered a love of nature by volunteering at a local nature center where she was a part of the team educating visitors on the local Virginia wildlife, especially reptiles and amphibians. Prior to joining Climate Reality, Kelly worked as a classroom teacher focusing primarily on science and mathematics. She holds an MS degree from the University of Mary Washington. Outside of work, Kelly enjoys collecting board games to play with her partner, taking walks through Rock Creek Park, and building LEGO botanical sets.
