Lena Farley (she/her) is a student at Pomona College majoring in environmental analysis on the biology track. She is from NYC and is especially interested in understanding how we can build more sustainable cities. Lena’s past experiences have involved hands-on work in both rural and urban areas, including work on a permaculture farm and on a flood-resilience research project in Brooklyn. At school she directs Potluck Zine, a student-run publication showcasing various artistic and literary pursuits. She also hosts a weekly music show at her college’s radio station. In her free time, she loves exploring Southern California, painting, drawing, and cooking.
