Lily Palmer (she/her) is a member of the Green Schools Campaign Advisory Team. She works to support youth leaders like herself in taking climate action within their communities. She grew up in Long Beach, California, and worked with the Long Beach Green Schools Campaign throughout high school to pass a board policy update committing her school district to a transition off of fossil fuels. She has also worked with her district to minimize plastic consumption and waste. Lily now attends the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) as a physical sciences major. Outside of climate activism, Lily enjoys reading, watching movies, hiking, and spending time with friends.
