Meg Bearor

(she/her/hers) Meg supports The Climate Reality and its branch offices as the International Field Senior Manager. In her previous experience working in international development with communities on livelihoods, youth development, and community building, Meg has seen climate issues permeate at every level. To the climate fight, she brings extensive experience working to coordinate global strategies and projects. Before working at Climate Reality, Meg led initiatives at Root Change that brought people together to question assumptions, think deeply, and connect global solutions to local problems. She also worked with Pact managing a global appreciative-based women’s economic and social empowerment program. She holds a MA in Intercultural Leadership & Management from SIT Graduate Institute and a BA (Hon.) in Political Science & African Studies from the University of Toronto. In her spare time, Meg can be found daydreaming about her next trip while trying a new baked good recipe.
