Nichele Casse (she/her) is the Executive Department Intern for The Climate Reality Project. She is a rising junior at The George Washington University pursuing a B.A. in Political Science with a minor in Law and Society. For the previous two academic semesters she has worked on Capitol Hill with the Offices of Congressman Seth Moulton and Congresswoman Sheila Cherfilus-McCormick as a legislative intern. With those offices, she assisted legislative staff with handling portfolios surrounding the issue areas of Transportation and Infrastructure as well as Education and Labor. At GW, she is involved with Phi Alpha Delta Pre-Law Fraternity as a member of their Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Council and was a Founding Member of ACLU-GW. In her free time, Nichele enjoys exploring restaurants around D.C., reading, and playing video games on her Switch. She is super excited to be joining the Climate Reality Project and learning more about non-profit advocacy and management!
