(She/Her) Rohini Manyam Seshasayee serves as impact and evaluation director at The Climate Reality Project, where she leads organization-wide impact measurement strategy and evaluation frameworks to accelerate climate action. She brings 15 years of experience across sustainable finance, program management, and impact measurement. Her experience spans financial inclusion, climate tech, and philanthropy, where she's led initiatives with major institutions to create systemic change - from sustainable finance to climate resilience. She holds an MBA from Cornell University and a BS from Visvesvaraya Technological University in India. While away from work, you'll find her cooking and reading with her family.
