An accomplished business leader with three decades of international consulting experience in Europe and West Africa, Ruka is currently the executive director of the Ghana Climate Innovation Centre (GCIC), a pioneering national business incubator supporting enterprises in the small and growing business sector with advisory and financial support to make transitions to low carbon pathways. Her distinguished international career includes employment with PwC, Commonwealth Secretariat, and Crown Agents.
