(He/Him) Sean Berger serves as global field director. In this role, he oversees Climate Reality’s grassroots engagement work and an ever-expanding global network of Climate Reality Leaders, branches, and chapters. Sean has a wealth of experience managing successful programs, initiatives, and teams at progressive organizations from Washington State to Washington, DC. Before joining Climate Reality, Sean managed the international membership program at Truman National Security Project and served as membership and conventions director for the Democratic Party of Wisconsin. Sean hails from the beautiful Pacific Northwest and graduated from the University of Washington with a degree in international studies. In his spare time, you'll find him in the pottery studio, listening to an audiobook, traveling, or trying new restaurants with his wife.
