Lee Yujin conducts research focusing on climate action and local energy transformations. She is an assistant director of the Institute for Green Transformation and co-director of GUSSWO (Local Energy Transformation Network). As a member of the Presidential Committee on Carbon Neutrality, she participated in making the 2050 carbon neutrality scenarios and 2030 greenhouse gas emissions reduction goals. She was a special advisor to the prime minister on the Green New Deal and executive director on the board of the Seoul Energy Cooperation.
