Virginia Lensi (she/her), born in Milan, Italy, began ballet training at La Scala Ballet School at age 11. In 2015, she earned a full scholarship to ABT Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis School. Joining ABT Studio Company in 2016, Virginia became an apprentice in 2017, joining the corps de ballet in 2018. Her repertoire is full of soloist roles in renowned productions like “Apollo,” “Giselle,” and “Swan Lake.” She performed “Odette/Odile” with the International Festival Ballet in Munich, Germany, in 2023. Virginia is an ABT training curriculum certified teacher, actively involved in dance programs for children with cancer through Candlelighters NYC. She has also advocated for youth development and SDGs at UN events, contributing to the International Youth Conference.
